Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on most goods bought via Kvanti, counted from the day you receive the item. The withdrawal period follows the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

How to return

  1. Sign in and go to My account → Orders.
  2. Pick the order and click "Start return". You'll receive a return label by email.
  3. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and ship it with the enclosed label.

Refund

The amount is refunded to the same payment method within 14 days after we have received and inspected the return. If the item is faulty, the seller covers the return shipping.

Exceptions

  • Sealed goods that have been opened (for hygiene or health reasons).
  • Custom-made products built to your specifications.
  • Digital services that have been fully delivered with your consent.
