1. About Kvanti

Kvanti AS (org. no. 000 000 000) operates the kvanti.no marketplace, where independent suppliers sell goods and services directly to consumers.

2. Formation of contract

A binding purchase agreement is formed between the buyer and the individual supplier when the order confirmation has been sent. Kvanti facilitates the purchase and handles payment, payout and the buyer guarantee.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in NOK including VAT. Payment is processed securely through Kvanti and paid out to the supplier after delivery. See also Payment methods.

4. Delivery

Delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout. The supplier is responsible for delivery in accordance with the agreement.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. You have up to 5 years to file a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. See Returns & Refunds for the full terms.

6. Complaints

You have up to 5 years to file a complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Submit complaints via customer service.

7. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Disputes

Disputes are sought resolved amicably. Consumers may complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority or use the EU ODR platform.
