In short

We only store what we need to deliver the service. You can request access or deletion at any time from your account settings. We never sell data to third parties.

What data we process

Account information: Account information: email, name, profile picture.
Orders: Orders: products, amounts, delivery addresses, payment references.
Usage data: Usage data: anonymous counters used to improve the service.

Retention

Account and usage data are deleted when you close your account. Financial data tied to orders is retained for 5 years per the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act, but anonymised as far as the law permits.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Use the buttons on the privacy page in your account, or send us an email.
