In short

• We only store what we need to deliver the service.
• You can request access or deletion at any time from your account settings.

What data we process

• Account information: email, name, profile picture.
• Orders: products, amounts, delivery addresses, payment references.
• Usage data: anonymous counters used to improve the service.

Retention

Account and usage data are deleted when you close your account. Financial data tied to orders is retained for 5 years per the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act, but anonymised as far as the law permits.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Use the buttons on the privacy page in your account, or send us an email.
